What are you taking the herbs for? I was looking into ordering some for Qi stagnation. What kind are you taking??

I have taken a variety of TC herbs over the past year and have had great successes with some and so-so successes with others. The one that worked the best for my digestive problems is an herbal formula called Six Gentlemen.

Alaien B,
What are you taking for Qui stagnation? I am curious because I had a chiropractor want to treat me for qui block to my lungs.

If you decide to go this route do yourself a favor and don't order them on line. It is really imperative that you find a competent practitioner, preferably an OMD, who is skilled in taking the pulses to determine exactly what you need. I have been using Chinese boiling herbs for many years and think they are the best medicine. But the emphasis is on balancing the system, not a quick fix as you might get with allopathic drugs.

Howitt44,
I'm getting Jia Wei Xio Yan San but a different herb may be needed for your lungs.
I haven't had a chance to see if any improvement is noted. I think it is a general purpose herb for Qi stagnation.

Hey Sunshine,
Did you ever try Xiao Yao San or Jia Wei Xiao Yao San? Can you remember the ones that worked? Also, do you know if there's one for the prostate?
thanks..
