Saturday night i had a very emotional night with a really close friend of mine (shes practically my best friend, ill say). But it was really tough on me, and it wasnt exactly a bad situation in the end either, it finished well but gave me alot to think about. Then i woke up in the morning every hour or so, from 6:00am to maybe 10:30am when i woke up for good. It didnt happen at all during the night probably because i was really tired the past few days.

Do you think that all of the stuff on my mind kept making me wake up, or was it just some other problem i had? This has occurred in the past with me before, and coincidentally it was during another time when i had alot on my mind. Thanks.

Simply, yes. I have had this problem for years - if my mind is on something either before I sleep or at some point during the night I have a terrible night's sleep and/or wake up at some ungodly hour.

Sometimes I find something to read to bring my mind back to calm, but sometimes I just can't sleep well.

Good luck!
