This past weekend I got wet, it actuallly rained here and I got caught out in it. I go from coughing all the time to not coughing. I am not sure which is best. When I don't cough my lungs get so tight.
Anyway are there other people who have asthma tired during and before asthma attacks. I think i have slept the past few days.

I think that it would better for you to focus more on prevention.
As you say, asthma attacks make us tired, but by maintaining better airway conditions we can reduce the possibilities of attacks.
Asthma medications are of two types; relievers and controllers.
While relievers help you treat the symptoms of asthma, controller medications
help to treat the underlying inflammation of the airways.
Do you take controllers such as inhaled steroid?
Also, do you take your peak flow reading every morning and night?
By reading peak flow, we can monitor our airway function.
It helps us take action, eg. an emergency visit, at an earlier stage of an asthma attack.
Sorry if I miss the point, but I hope this would help.
