My husband & have been TTC for 2+ years with no success. We have been through Clomid, Follistim, IUI x4 and had no success. We decided to take a break from infertility treatments for a while to relax and save $$$ for IVF. I am currently 2 days late for AF and am having mild cramping, much less than normal, and breast tenderness. I have never been pregnant. I'm not sure if I am just wanting it so bad that AF could be late or if it's something else. Could these be symptoms of pregnancy?

They could be, but they could also be symptoms of AF. I know it's hard, but try to relax and give it some time. If you don't start in about a week, take a test (or see your gyn...whichever you prefer.) Good luck.

Why wait a week if your period is already due? Take a home test now. If it's positive you'll then need two blood tests, where they measure not only the pregnancy hormone but the rate of its growth. If it doubles every 2-3 days that's considered officially positive. Then an ultrasound at 6-7 weeks to look for a heartbeat.
