I need some advice about my symptoms.... I'm 39 and i have hemorroids, I have been bleeding, and i have had lower left back pain for well over a month now. The back pain is so bad i struggle to walk, sit lie down doesnt matter what I do the pain doesnt go away. I recently went to the ER and they found a internal hemorroid the size of a grape and i have fissures and a external hemrroid. They feel i should have a full colonoscopy. I'm taking stool softener and suppositories. I'm really nervous about this I can't take this pain any longer. I have a follow up appt with my family dr. tomrrow not sure what to expect.

I hope you are feeling better. What did the doctor say today? Maybe you can some treatments in the office. I had internal hemorrhoids banded.
