Hi everyone,
I went to my Pdoc yesterday with my fiance and I do really like him, and he is good - don't know what i was thinking before. I am BipolarII ... and i am pleased for lots of reasons mainly it gives me hope with planning a pregnancy and wanting to breast-feed.

Anyho, I am on a "downer" and that was confirmed by Pdoc; my fiance advocated he doesn't want me getting to the comatosed state again {i don't either, but was great to have back-up} I am not being prescribed Lithium because of weight-gain, I'm Bulimic as well and gett depressed with weight gain and starve/binge etc...
My new med cocktail is this:

Venlafaxine {Effexor; slow relese} 150mg - at night
Quetiapine {Seroquel} 50mg - at night
Quetiapine {Seroquel} 25mg - morning

Venlafaxine has worked for me in the past; but has lost a little 'kick-up-the-butt' effect so it's being tweaked a little. Seroquel is a very good mood stabilizer and :nono: weight gain :bouncing: important for a recovering bulimic.
