Ok heres the deal, i developed asthma during my last track season, but it wasnt too bad. Then summer comes and i start my training, and i start to feel my asthma more as i get stronger over the weeks. Towards the end of the summer, I cant run one workout without stopping because im too tired or out of breath. I had the best summer of training of all my life, and my first race i am completely shut down by my asthma. after this all my workouts begin suffering, and i basically lose a month of training. Cross Country season finally arrives, and i am no where near as strong as i should be. i go to the doctor to see what he has to say, and he says my asthma had worsened, and it had become restrictive. so he gave me advair. a month later, im still not doing any better even though i have managed to have decent workouts. I am always tired and out of energy, and when race time comes, i only last for the first half of the race before i want to drop out. Does anyone have ANY IDEAS that would help me a little?
