Hi All,
I had surgery on my ankle, I have plates and pins, on both sides of my ankle, its been a year, and now I am having stabbing pain in my ankles, my dr. said that the hardware is faulty, has anyone had to have their hardware removed due to so much pain? I am very afraid due to the fact when I had the surgery I had blood clots after surgery, so now I am terrified to have another surgery. Any input would be appreciated.
