I was on IV Steroids, Monday Tuesday and Wed. High dose, injected over two hours each day, now I feel like I've been run over by a truck... My skin hurts so bad It hurts from the slightest touch. I can't sleep for more than about an hour at a time, even on some pretty heavy sleeping meds. I usually avoid taking steroids because of reactions like this, but I was having so many leg problems I figured I'd give it a shot. Although now I think I'm sorry I did. Anybody have any good suggestions to help with the aching? I'm taking tylenol, I soak in the tub every couple of hours, Taking all my meds and nothing seems to be helping... Anybody else react like this?

Had you tried zanaflex (trizanidine -generic form).I'm taking that with low dose steroids,I'd previous had allergic reactions to steroids.I feel like I have the flu.I've been taking Ibuprofen and hoping in a few days I'll feel better.The zanaflex has been a GOD sent ,every now and then I need a boost.
