wondering what products work for people. I am using Sonnes intestinal cleaner from the health store. do these really work by bulking the toxins in the body? any info would be appreciated

I have tried the colonix program - it seemed to have worked pretty good - it did definitely make me have to go to the bathroom - no big 10' tape worms - thank goodness. I did definitely notice some differences in how I was feeling after doing it though.
