I had my botton right wisdom tooth removed a week and 3 days ago, and I've been treating it correctly since then.

Since yesterday I noticed that my the tooth next to the one removed and about 6 more to the front are a little bit sore. I'm not sure if it's been sore since I pulled it out. I tried touching the last tooth next to the 'hole' and when I pressed it to the sides I heard a little noise of 'bone' as if it was a little loose. That one's sore too.

Is that normal of was the tooth next to the extracted affected in any way? Could there be any major problems from that? The healing seems to be going kinda fine, it was just a little inflamation before but the dentist said it was healing fine.

Please help me I don't know if to worry or not about this :/
I'm very scared with the possibility of having to do anything else to fix it.
