hello, for the past few weeks i have terrible pain on the top of one of my feet. it hurts more when i flex my foot.... and when i hold my foot while i flex it, it feels like the bones are kind of grinding... hard to explain, but it is only on one foot. i thought maybe it was from wearing different shoes, but it hurts in any shoes. hurts to walk , but does not hurt to touch my foot. what is so weird to me is that grinding sensation? any input greatly appreciated?
