I wore high heels about two weeks ago to a party. I usually wear flats...
So that night I danced, and by the end of the evening, my feet were really hurting.
Now two plus weeks later, the three center toes on my left foot are still numb. Have any one had this, and does it go away?
Thank you for any replies!

I had that same problem for New Year's. Try soaking your feet every day and rubbing them. The feeling will come back.

I'd suggest you find wider width pumps to wear, that is what I have to do since I have wide feet, but they are still pretty thank goodness. I've heard the 'Meet the Flinstones' version from people one too many times, lol.
If you're feet aren't wide, maybe you need a more expensive shoe, they tend to be more comfortable and appropriate for a night out.

Thank you for your reply's! I have been trying to rub my feet at night, not as fun as having someone else rub them!
But the shoes I wore were $300.00, so I don't think its from a low quality shoe....and my feet are not extremly wide either.
Hopefully, it will resolve its self soon.

Hi , You may have pinched a nerve depending on how tight your shoes are and how long you were on your feet dancing? I used to pay a lot for my heels too, but I would have a numbing in my big toes due to poor circulation. It eventually went away when I started to were a more comfortable shoe. I miss wearing heals, but you gotta do what's right for you. There are a lot of attractive shoes out there now.
Bye for now, Sharon
