Okay ladies, I have a question. Yesterday I went to take my pill I dropped it on the floor and I couldn't find it. So I just didn't take one that day. I took it on time today. What are my chances of getting pregnant this week from missing one pill, if I take the rest of pills of time. This was also just after I had got done giving blood. Also, how will this affect me by missing this pill? Thanks for any help.
I wanna know too... I wish I could help

what you should have done was take the next pill yesterday. you will finish your pack a day earlier than usual. begin your next pack either a day earlier or on the scheduled day but use a backup method for at least seven days.

You should have just taken the next day's pill yesterday, then continued taking each pill 1 day early.
Anyway, completely missing a pill isn't going to make the pill completely ineffective, but your use certainly isn't considered "perfect." Your effectiveness rate has probably been decreased by a very small percentage, and pregnancy is still pretty unlikely, but not impossible if you have unprotected sex. If you want to be safe, use a back-up method for at least 7 days. Again, pregnancy is highly unlikely still, but it's your choice how careful you want to be.
