Hi Marti! I have used your advice from another thread regarding botanical oil for nail improvement. Actually it was about nail ridges.
My question for you please, what is the proper way to file nails that curl? I have two nails that only one side curls in, and a thumb nail that both sides curl in and actually creates a kind of point in the center.
It seems like when I file and look from the top (bird's eye view) the nail looks straight. But when I turn my finger over and look from underneath it looks crooked.
I know there's nothing I can do about the curling, but I am just trying to make them look as nice as possible.
Thanks a million!!

Be sure to file the underneath portion of each corner so they don't dig into the flesh. If the sidewalls are curling into the flesh, it is called Pincer Nails. If the other nails are just a little crooked, don't worry - no ones nails are perfectly straight and it is generally genetic.
