I've been on nuvaring for about a month now and I'm suffering from depression and No sex drive. I've had depression with other b/c pills and it's not too bad but I think it may also be from my life as well. But anywho I have no sex drive at all and when I do have sex I can't wait til it's over. I'm still very attracted to my boyfriend so I don't know if it is this b/c. I haven't heard of anyone who is or was on nuvaring suffering from depression. Someone please help. Has anyone heard of avenavin? What's your opinion?

It's possible that NuvaRing is the culprit. Usually, these symptoms will go away after a few cycles. If the depression is severe or too much for you though, consult your doctor.

I wouldn't recommend adding a herbal supplement that isn't approved by the FDA, like Avenavin. It may make your depression worse.
