finding hope

Hi, I didn't realize how many people suffer with PF  Please excuse any errors I'm new to this site.
I'm in the middle of a flare up in both of my feet, I was diagnosed 2 years ago with this painful disease in my left foot, but I've graduated to both now. I also have FM (Firbromyalgia) diagosed 4 years ago with that, but that's OK, I can take it, NOT!! I know that stress is a big contributer so I've made a lot of life changes for the better. I'm a very positive thinker so I've tried a POD who treated it with shots that didn't work. I was literally stopped in my tracks. It was about 2 years ago that I found out about Foot Smart's web. page. I ordered their night splint that they said would cure my problem if I was to wear it to bed every night for about4-12 weeks. Well, I did notice an improvement after about a month and as time went on, I did get a lot of releif. I pursaviered for 4 months and eventually I could walk again without pain initially just for half of a day. Again as time went on I started to be my old self. I'm a very active person who has places to go and things to do, God Bless Me!
Anyhow, I've just ordered a second night boot, because I've had a bit of a set back due to a death in my family. Upon returning home from the funeral and due to bad traffic etc. I almost missed my plane.
Here's the kicker, I was feeling pretty darn good but I was forced to run in the Airport to avoid missing my flight. Big mistake, :nono: the running I mean. :bouncing: I was glad to get home and I carried on as usual, busy, busy busy. That was 3 weeks ago as of Tuesday of last week when the pain started and it hasn't let up, to the point that it feels like I'm walking on broken glass. I know this is a delayed reaction to the PF and FM. I'm on bed rest and iciing my feet twice a day, and starting all over again with my ortho boot. My saving Grace is that I know if I persavere I will be well gain. Thanks for letting me vent, and I'm sure I rambled, not to mention I can't spell very well. OOps I'm rambling again. ;) If any of you need to do the same, please feel free, I'm a good listener too! :) If you have any questions about my ortho please don't hesitate to ask it really does work.
Bye for now, Finding Hope. :)
