All,
I'm male and seem to go more often than normal. My stream is sometimes weak but not all the time. At times I have a feeling of not emptying my bladder.
Most of the time water runs right through me. I'm not sure to treat this as and infection or prostate problem.

Is anything out there other than saw palmeto to help this condition?

After seeing a doctor to make sure that it's not a serious issue, you could try Marshmallow root, Queen of the Meadow and a small amount of Ginger. There are many other herbs that help urinary problems or infections. I found that making teas from bulk herbs is best. After the herbs simmer for about an hour or two, you should refrigerate the rest of the tea that you do not consume, and keep these for about three or four days (but no more). You can read more about herbs from the book "The Way of Herbs", so that you prepare these properly.

I hope this helps get you started. If you would like to know more about herbs, please let me know.
