Okay, I'm sure this has been posted before. I take my BC pill at 8:15 am every morning.....how is that going to effect me when the time changes? Am I going to have to take it earlier now? I would like to stay on the same time.

taking it an hour later is no big deal. it wont compromise the effectiveness. continue to take it at 815. but if you're concerned, take it at 715. but i dont think theres ANY reason to be concerned.

I would stick to taking it at 8 like you have been even though the time is changing. That way you will be less likely to forget and miss a pill if you stick to your regular routine.

up to 4 hours late or early is fine. sometimes when i go visit my parents in another time zone i forget to change the time.
