I will try and make this short, my fiance is having some werid stuff go on while sleeping and the part of the night where you are in that in between stage, he has been recentley DX with Asthma, but wont accept it, he is 23 and has been amoking a short time....amyways, he says that right before he falls asleep, he feels like a werid thing in his chest, not pain or ressure, like a ball that *** has to go around to come out..??? werid, i know, anyways....as he is falling asleep, his legs jerk, it is not like a restless leg thing, its a jerk, real quick, he almost jums like he is startled by something or like his body kicks in, I am a night owl so i am up alot and do watch him, well it just happened, he had been in a sound sleep for like 20min and he started kinda mumbling something, his legs jerked, he woke up and he said in his dream he felt like he could not catch his breath and he tried to reach out and touch me to tell me, and in real life, while in dream state, his legs did that jerk thing, someone told me the name of it, cant remeber what it was, something like your mind sends out a message that you are only going into a deep sleep, not dying.....can anyone make any sense of any of it, any help would be great,,please post, i am kinda worried, could he really stop breathing or is this some kind of disorder he is starting to get...??
