I went of the pill about three weeks ago. I am giving my body a break from the hormones. My husband and I are using condoms. Last night, one broke. I am a nervous wreck! Any suggestions?

Go tomorrow morning first thing and get the morning after pill. If taken within 72 hours, it can reduce your chances of concieving greatly.

i agree with the morning after pill.
also, if you're just using condoms, maybe you could also use a spermicide too? (if you're not allergic)

as an aside, if you dont want the hormones, have you thought of a copper IUD? (i think its brand name is Paragard). Its good for something like 5+ years. or more.
