View Full Version : Depo - Provera - aching back

I got the shot last week and my back - espically the lower center portion has been hurting since then. I have read most of the side-effects and am taking calcium. This is my first time on the shot, though, so I doubt it could already be a deficiency. Has anyone experienced similiar aches? I also have soreness in my arms and legs (in the joints). Does this last for the entire 3 months or is it because I am still adjusting to the hormone change?

Thanks,
Opal88

Opal88,

Need not worry, I see this kind of stuff ALL THE TIME

They always ask, "what about smoking?"

Just Don't Do It, I say................... Simple as that Opal.

One step at a time Opal and hang in there, it will work itself out...........
As it always does............

Take care of yourself and others

Hi,

I had that as well sometimes when i was on the shot. You will have to wait it out till the stuff is out of your system. And that could take a while after 3 months. I still had side effects a few months after i was due for my last one.Good luck
