Ok, this may be a weird question, but I've been working in the nighclub industry for the past 4 years. I am use to going to bed every night around 5am. About three months ago, I decided to go ahead full throtle with my own business (photography) and Im having a really hard time getting back to a normal sleeping schedule.
I've tried going to be early (11pm) and getting up early (9am) and Im soooo tired all day. I usually drag myself throug the day and then get really wound up at night.
Are there any tricks to kicking the night owl habit? I really don't want to resort to caffine/sleeping aids to get back on track. Maybe I'm just being lazy, but it's really hard to do this.
Thanks

That's a pretty big shock to your system to totally switch your sleeping schedule around. I think it's going to just take time. If you stick to a very strict schedule of going to bed at the same time every night and getting up at the same time every morning, it will become easier over time. Maybe a light sleep aid like Tylenol PM might help for the first little while. Also try to cut out any stimulants before bed (ie. eating before bed, coffee, soda, cigarettes if you smoke). The biggest thing is to keep a schedule for sleeping just like you would for work or anything else. I think it'll help.
