I think I have a nerve problem with one filling I had done about 3 months ago. Does anyone know what IRM is and can it be put in first and then have the filling redone with amalgam or does it have to be put in as a temporary for say 3 months and then taken out and redone with amalgam after the nerve calms down
thanks for the help

There IRM is placed underneath your filling (works kinda like a insalator) & will be permanent. That is how I have allways seen it used anyway. It works very well.
Good luck!

Thanks kim. I was hoping that was the answer because i don't want to have to go back to the dentist anymore than I have to and maybe have it turn out worse
