Any one diagnosed with Chronic Sinusitis also have pain refer to the neck area?
How about balance troubles? Perhaps infection spreading to inner ear? When I blow my nose too hard I can feel pressure in the ears.

Yeah, I'd be guessing an ear problem, resulting from the sinusitus. Maybe not an ear infection, though...because I get some pretty bad ear pain from sinus infections, without it actually being an ear infection.

i've had some issues similar to this including the lightheaded feelings for about 2 months now....on and off antibiotics, have been on zyrtec for about a month now and still (not today, however!) have had pressure in my head down to my neck (in the back). headahces, clogged nose, pressure in nose and roof of mouth, etc.
today is the first day i didn't have the lightheaded issue for a long time.
went to dr's twice.....just this week actually....set me up for a catscan of my sinuses and head..had that done and now waiting on results. never had sinus issues before. dr seems baffled.....also, there was and still is some fluid in my ears so he thinks once that dries up i shouldn't have the off balance feeling (which can really create anxiety for people....have noticed myself not wanting to be out alone in case i feel lightheaded). it's just all too wierd.....having my wisdom teeth looked at tomorrow...xrays for possible extraction next friday...yes the day after turkey day!
what has your dr said? what have you been on?

I have pretty bad sinus issues and I do notice that sometimes I get a strange pain, not painful but just an annoyance that develops in the back part of the next just to the right of the spinal cord...it seems to correlate well to being just before or after I have a sinus headache. I'm very confident its somehow related to those little trouble makers somehow
