I'm very health conscious when it comes to getting all my FDA requirements etc., and I also am recovering from mono, so I want to get the best I can get in a multivitamin. I did a lot of research and shelled out good money for this. Has anybody used this for a while and found good results? Or at least heard good things?
My question is this: It does cost alot for only one month's supply, and I'm supposed to be taking 8 pills a day. If anybody knows much about what is in this mixture, Could I get away with taking half the dosage and still get plenty out of it? I'm not sure how much of it is Douglas Labs trying to make profits or if 8 pills really is what I need.
