Hi all, I am hoping you could maybe share some advice or thoughts...I am a little overweight at the moment but I'm loosing weight rapidly due to a good diet and plenty of exercise. The only problem is, i can't seem to shift fat off my hip area, this seems strange for a guy but that's where it all seems to build, I actually lost loads of weight and had a 6 pack in the summer of last year yet I still had fat around my hips....

Are there any good exercises to get rid off these annoying love handles?

Thanks.

I would just like to say that I have the exact same problem. I am a female, but I lost loads of weight and I CANNOT get rid of my "love handles".
I will anxiously wait for replies to this thread.

Have you tried squats, walking lunges and sprints? They are really great hip, butt and leg molding excercises. Also side leg lunges..you also might want to pose this question on the excercise board...great great advice there...Lisa
