I read about this in the new issue of First Magazine. You eat your largest meal for breakfast, medium for lunch and smallest for dinner. Read about it and sounds really good. I'm thinking of trying it because of its success for the people in the Mag, but i'm not sure. Anyone on it right now or have stories to share about others? Would love to hear them. Thanks

Your body is using more energy through the morning and the afternoon, rather than the evening therefore it makes sense to have a breakfast, the calories from which will be used in daily activity e,g work etc, in the evening is when you are less active, people skip breakfast and have a big luch and dinner, but its the evening that you an do without food or should have a small meal, you dont need these calories when you are just going to be sleeping. I found this and other great information on slimtonenow.com.

So, today was my first official day on the reverse diet. I did good. I did have some candy (oopsies, couldn't resist!), but overall I ate about 1600 calories. Not bad considering I need about 2100 to maintain. I was full all through the morning until about noon. Very awesome considering I eat a snack about about 10 to hold me over til 12. I still need more ideas though. Eating lunch is the hardest part because I don't have alot of options or time. Any quick ideas? around 300 calories please :)
