Hey peeps, just wondering if any of you know what this might be and what might be causing it, i.e allergies etc. I'm not sure if it's serious enough to see a doctor for, but for a year i've noticed more and more skin going blotchy. My arms now have fairly large patches which are sometimes much lighter than the rest of my skin, and sometimes very much redder (reeeeally bright red..looks like the topping off a pizza). My chest is also getting more red spots on it, which seem to be becoming more pronounced. {removed} After exercise, I generally go extremely red (in the face particularly) and my arms look a bit like sores. Although I'm not extremely unfit, it really doesn't take much movement at all to make me go red.

Just wondering if anyone could help/has experienced something similar? Cheers, tim.
