Do you look for imperfections that aren't there? OCD or BDD possibly.

I only do this during an attack. I have health/death anxiety..so I am looking for symtoms or abnormalities..pupils and such. It is so ridiculous. My medication is working pretty well as is the therapy and CBT reading I am doing. So, this really hasnt happened in a long time (knock on wood)!!
