I get bumps on my elbows durring the summer and they seem to go away with colder, dryer weather. They seem to appear in clusters just on my elbows and are hard and usualy skin colored, sometimes they have a small red dot in the center. I asked my doctor a few years ago what they were and she gave me some sort of medical term and said they were hereditary. She gave me a clear tape of sorts to put on them but it only seems to work if I keep it on constantly. Does anyone have any idea what this is and if there's another treatment for it?
