Got a question for anyone who may have the same thing happening. Sometimes when Im at a high anxiety level. Like when Im feeling shaky and my hands are shaky. You know where you feel shaky inside but your not really shaking on the outside except maybe your hands if you hold them out to check.
Anyway at these times I sometimes catch myself having trouble getting words out that I want to say. I can say them and it's hardly noticable except to me. But when I talk I will kind of stutter every so often. Or mispronounce a word. Or start to say it wrong and correct myself right away. I even find myself when this happens repreating the word supercalafragalistcexpealidociuos over and over to make sure I can really talk LOL Okay Im laughing at what I just told everyone repeating that word . However I feel if I can say that three times fast without stuttering there is nothing wrong except anxiety thats affetcing my speech. Sound good? Anyone else?

when you feel shaky try to not tense up or fight back, relax and breathe deep and slow
also learn other new ways of relaxing and calming yourself
long walks are very good for calming anxiety sufferers
