okay everyone....I know I post a lot..but just bare with me. im going to try an explain this the best I can without confusing you guys. I have some questions and just comments that I would like you guys to help me out on. For one...Im about 40 pounds overweight and have extreme anxiety. I feel like im never going to get better..like whats the point of being happy and starting my life if Im always going to feel like this. I feel like im stuck in a rut. Anyone else feel like this? Also im constantly tired..like to the point where my body feels like it has sand in it and my eyes will barley stay open. I went and passed out in my room for 2 hours. I always feel like im in a daze..i feel like I cant fully concentrate. Is this because im overweight and dont take any vitamens? or am i just doomed to stay this way. please reply im having a hard time.

HI
NO-one is doomed.
get some help, exercise, get something positive in your life happening, start with the smallest thing , and build.
How old are you? What are you doing to help yourself right now?

Dear anxiety 1234, i am glad you are taking counseling. Remember that SSRIs can cause weird thoughts on young people like you. Talk to your parents or any adult you trust if you need to, do not keep anything weird or dangerous to yourself. Also, if being overweight and not eating right is a problem that increases your anxiety (i know kids tease and are meant), remember that excercise and good diet not only give you good looks, both things are great to help anxiety. Exercise will give you energy and you will be able to sleep better. Omega 3 and vitamin B 6 help depression and anxiety. Live each day for today, do not think of tomorrow, just concentrate on living your present and trust that "this too shall pass." I wish you the best of luck and keep posting, we are here for you.
