Hello, I am currently taking 100 mg of Zoloft for anxiety and it helps a little but not nearly enough. I am happy that I have not had any negative side effects but I am wondering if I should up my dose to maybe 125mg? Or more? My next appointment is in December (although I could make an earlier one if I had to). I just dont know if the Zoloft will work good enough for me or if I am better off switching to Paxil or something? Let me know what you think! Thanks :)

How long have you been at 100mg? If it has been awhile, I would check with you dr. about going up to 125 or 150. If less that 8-12 weeks, I'd stay at the 100mg and give it until your appt. in December.

I agree with americandancer, i found that ssris work best after about 2 months of taking them. Wait, you might be able to stay on 100mg

I have been taking Zoloft for about 3-4 months. I think I should either up the dose or switch to something else....thanks for your help. Let me know if u have any more advice.
