A special thanks to all the addicts, recovering and still suffering. I have been reading all these posts for almost a year now. I've posted only a few times but each time I have, I was rewarded with a wealth of useful information. I have been on suboxone since April 27 this year. I was at 8 mgs until 6 weeks ago. I went down to 6mgs one day, 4mgs the next and so one for about a week. I then tried tapering down to 5mgs and was very successful at that. now I am trying to taper down to 4mgs. I have no problem with that except I get so extremely fatigued around 11 a.m. (I work from 6-2:30). I find if I take 1-1/2 mg it helps me get through the day. On the days I don't work, I can take the 4mgs and have no problems throughout the day. I was wondering if this was normal or has anyone else experienced this. A little history: I was a heroin usersince I was 16 until I was 27, then started using pain pills and anything else I could get my hands on for the last six years. The years inbetween my use, I drank with maybe 7 years sobriety in between. (I'm now 51 y/o) I appreciate any help you may give me and I do see an addictionologist and will ask him also, but I trust the input of those who have been there done that. Thank you, Minx
