shirley07 11-01-2005, 04:22 PM Has anyone tried cellfood? I recently ordered some but seem to feel worse - however, I was told you would go through a cleansing period. Any feedback on this product. Thanks SH Sponsor Howitt44 11-01-2005, 11:55 PM Cellfood was recommended to me by a friend several years ago and the only thing she told me was - start slow and gradually increase your intake or you will get a headache. I did take it for awhile but didn't seem to feel much difference. shirley07 11-02-2005, 02:36 PM Thanks Howitt 44 --- The stuff is very expensive and like everything else you don't kow if it is worth it. It really makes you feel bad when you take -kinda hyper and your nose runs etc. I just don't like that feeling --Do you recommend something else? Just looking for ideas on a good supplement. Thanks Howitt44 11-03-2005, 10:50 AM It depends on what you're wanting. You could just take a good multivitamin/mineral supplement. I take Nature's Sunshine. I think all of their products are very good. Extra vitamin C is always good this time of year when flu and colds are everywhere. I also take IGg which is an immunity booster that was recommended by my compounding pharmacist. Then there is echinacea, ginger, green tea, numerous things. Just don't forget to eat healthy, lots of veggies and fruit. I try to do 3 to 5 servings of veggies per day and 2 fruit. Good luck. By the way, read all you can about nutrition and the different supplements. It's always good to educate yourself. |
