Just a quick question here. I was just wondering where everyone here experience the "tingles" that seem to be a part of anxiety. I get brief tingling sensations on the side of my face, eyelid, under my eye, under my chin and other places. I don't always get them but when I do, I go into panic mode and start thinking about all kinds of horrible and incurable diseases because I'm a MAJOR hypochondriac. So where do your tingles occur and how often?. What goes through your mind when they occur?. Do you panic?.

I get them in my arms and hands plus legs and feet. Then again that might be my Raynaud's Phenomenon acting up again. But when I panic thats what happens.

tingles anywhere are common from anxiety and said to be caused by the fight or flight response reducing bloodflow
agree that any new problem should be reported to doc as we arent immune to other illnesses

oh please dont worry about a brain tumor.I used to have that worry too when the anxiety started for me.I think if you had something like that youd prob feel way worse then just some tingles they are very common with anxiety, panic, hyperventilation, stress
