it may be depression or perhaps a sleep disorder that stops you getting a refreshing normal sleep
look up sleep apnea on the net, heavy snoring is usual

Hey,
I do the same thing, I had a sleep test done and I did not enter REM sleep until 5 hours, where a normal person enters it after 90 minutes. My doc tried me on requip for restless leg syndrome and it made me worse ( i didn't think i had restless leg syndrome in the first place, nor did my results show that i did, but I told him i had cramps in my legs at night sometimes so he tried it). I go back to my psych on the 22 of this month and will try something new. please keep me updated
