I have been experiencing a great deal of dizzyness lately. My ears are okay, pressure is slightly up, but within range so I do not know what it could be. Anyone gone thro this and know of some natural remedy that will ease this dizzyness? It is always there and there is this feeling of heavyness in the head as well. Your response will be much appreciated. Thanks.
Shelley.

I had a bout of dizziness that lasted well over 3 weeks til I asked my holistic Dr. about it. I had a slight eye infection in my left eye which he gave some supplements for called Total Eye Bright. I don't know if that was the whole problem but the dizziness is finally gone.
He found that I had an eye infection through kinesiology. He put a hand over my right eye and thru muscle testing (using my right arm), I was strong. He put a hand over my left eye and my arm went weak.
Weird stuff but it works.

Your description sounds like you might have a mild sinus infection. Do you feel any pressure in your face or forehead?

I have chronic sinusitis, and therefore have had to use conventional medicine as well as natural. Any antibacterial supplements like garlic, grapefruit seed extract might help, as well as N-Acetyl cysteine to thin mucus. And also irrigating the sinuses. But I would probably make sure you do indeed have sinusitis before doing all these things.
