I've had this issue since 1994-95.
(here is my story)
In 1994 I was in the military, and visited my doctor to report a small circular patch of slightly raised, itchy, dry skin on my face. Upon his examination under the flourecent light, and small biopsy he took...he determined that it was fungal, and prescribed hydrocortisone. The hydrocortisone stoped the itching, and the rash appeard to go away, only to return about 3 weeks later.
Over the years I've seen multiple doctors, and they continue to state that it is a fungal rash, only now it's spread over my fave now, into my scalp, and now over my right eyelid. I've only been prescribed Hydrocortisone, and other creams, and it still leaves only to come right back. It itches my eyebrows, and even flakes up. If I grow facial hair, it really makes itself known by causeing severe itching, and even making my skin raw (from the itching).
Sound familiar to anyone.?
