I'm going to finally get some help in about 2 weeks (still waaaay to long) , but I wanted to know if anyone else has this?

My anxiety is so bad now of days that I twitch, shake, and jerk in the majority of my movements when in public. It feels as if I'm an 18 year old elderly man, because when I'm in public, everything becomes very stressful, heavy, and painful. I can feel my joints grinding together due to the tension and I can barely move my hands without the feeling of 30Ibs hanging from my wrists. I feel so bad that my body feels like it's wasting away each and every day I go out in public. There's no such exercise that has worked for me yet, so I'm going to get some meds in a very long time from now. Two weeks feels more like two years...

Life is horrible right now...my god I feel like I'm getting very very old, like I'm going to die some day soon.
