Is it normal to have the fertile CM almost all month long?

No. You should have it in the few days before O and maybe the day of O. It's normal to have disharge throughout your cycle, but the majority of it is not considered fertile.

U do get cm that looks like your ovulating in the early stages of pregnancy through.

Just a thought, are you sure its CM and not semen? I got these two confused once, the way to tell is if its semen and is emersed in water it will seperate but if its eggwhite CM it will stay the same and not seperate at all.

I didnt know that at all and I was always worried it was semen and not CM that is so neat to know now I will be able to tell!
