Had bottom wisdom teeth removed a year ago at age 37. Dr, said I have alot of boney growth on the sides of the gums. well now all of a sudden some small bone is coming through on the left side and it hurts. this happened on the right side several monts ago and he did not want to shave it down becasue he though it could grow back worse. the gum eventually healed pretty much over it but not great. Has nyone ever experience this and so long after the extraction. I don't know if I should leave it alone or go see the dr. I don't want to end up with a root camel or worse. Thanks for any responses
