Hello,
I hope this is the right forum to post this at. I'm 19 years old, I'll be 20 next month. I have a positive body image as in I'm happy with the way I look, I would like to look this way for many years to come. My question is, am I able to do this as long as a exercise and maintain my body how it is now? I don't know the age where our body's stop growing but I believe it's now for me. Any help or advice on how I can maintain my appearance without any major changes for the next 5-10 years I would be glad to hear. I've done some research on this already and if I read right it seems the only thing that can change my appearance is my weight.
Thanks!
Scott

What about your face appearance, has that changed any besides facial hair? Like your nose or ears or eyes.
Thanks!

Alright, but the way I look now at age 20, will I look like this at age 30-35? if I maintain my weight and continue my daily routine of things.
thanks a lot!

Yes, I think if you maintain your weight and stuff, you probably will continue to look 20 at age 35.
Someone recently thought I was 28 and I'm actually 39!
I think it's in your genes, though. I mean... In some families, everyone looks old and gets gray hair really quick. In mine, they don't. At age 39, I've counted about 3 gray hairs and hardly have any wrinkles. My husband is 44 and he has about 3 gray hairs too. It's all in the genes, I think.

Well I don't think I'll have to worry about the hair as i'm already bald lol, I shave my head as it gives me a great look, thats why I was wondering if I'll continue to look the same in 15-20 years. thanks for the replies so far :)
