Ps Question: Why did you take yours cycle days 3 to 7 and not 5 through 10 as the norm is?

:angel: :angel: I just wanted to let everyone know in case you are not sure about what I was doing this month ...... the month it finally has happened.
I started clomid 50mg on cd 3-7, and I took prenatal vitamins and my husband and I both took Robitussin religously. ( my dr prescribed the clomid on cd 3-7, i'm not sure why, i just went with it)
We also BD'd every other day this month around when I thought that I may have ovulated. I had midcycle spotting? on cd 15 and this is cd 22. I think that I may have ovulated earlier than I suspected though.
If you have any questions I will be more than happy to answer them.
we have been TTC for 16 months...so i know what everyone is going through

Congratulations again! I have a question about the robitussin. I know how it helps women but you said that you AND your husband took it, what effects is it supposed to have for them? Thanks so much and again, Congratulations!

So your husband took Robitussin too? I've been taking it, but not him. Hmmmm. Might have to try that.
Robitussin is supposed to "thin out" the cervical mucus that's created during ovulation. Clomid tends to "thicken" it. I guess it's an old wives tale, but people do it and it does help.
