Hi, anyone knows how accurate tape measuring method for body fat %? A lot of online website offers tools that allow u to enter numbers from measuring various parts of your body to give your body fat %. How useful and accurate would u say those are? And would the accuracy be affected by your body frame? Would it be less accurate on a skin person? Any advise? comments? :)
