Does anyone know what type of lung cancer Peter Jennings had? I have been looking, just out of curiosity, and I can't find the answer anywhere.

I recently read an article that said they would never disclose the type of lung cancer Mr. Jennings died of.
I believe that that's what Mr Jennings and his family wanted was privacy.
