Hi all ive always had the clicking poping jaw on my right side i sometimes have to sort of move my jaw sideways to open my mouthsome pain in my face and chin area and full ear feeling then i started to get a stiff jaw on the left with a lot of pain in my bottom molar area at the back sorta burning pain and sore ear now this am when i got up i felt like my face was lobsided and stretched my jaw and felt a huge pop and its keeps doing it its like2 inches below my ear why has this happened im so fed up any thoughts

It's TMJ disorderwhich I have. You should go to the dentist and get a splint or a night guard makde. I wear a splint which I have to wear 24/7 and a nightguard you only wear at night. Do you have pain 24/7? Don't chew gum or eat hard foods.

Hi there i have been diagnosed with tmjd but the specialist have not made me a night guard this is a new symptom on my left side face i feel so much presure there im even noticing it when i swallow is this normal has my joint become displaced i dont go back to the hospital until the 15th dec
