I have started taking centrum performance and have noticed that it contains ginseng root and ginkgo biloba. Can anyone tell me about these supplements and their uses?

Ginko is used as a blood thinner primarily , usually to the peripheral areas also some good studies to the brain. Supposedly to help impotence ,ear ringing , and raynauds syndrome. I''LL let someone else answere ginsing.. harry!
