Hello Everyone,

I have two questions. First: If I were to take natural progesterone cream from after O to AF, would this harm the baby if I got preg.?? what about synthetic prog. ??

Second: are there any specific vitamins husband should take? I heard of Co-enzyme Q-10 and proxeed???? anyone have opinion on these or others?

Not sure about vitamins for hubby but I know that progesterone cream does not harm the baby and actually helps some pregnancies "stick" I had a friend who was on progesterone suppositories until she was 12 weeks. some docs prescribe them if you are having a problem with the pregnancy.

I use natural progesterone cream. Its helped move my o date from cd 29 to cd 14/15, and lengthern my luteal phase and stop spotting during luteal phase. This all helps increase pregnancy chances, and it does not harm a baby at all. It usually taken until either period arrives, or 12 weeks pregnant.
Goodluck.

Oh and i dunno if you know, but wait until ovualtion is confirmed via 3 high temps before starting the cream, as if taken too early it can delay ovulation. Hense why some women who dont ovulate can use natural progesterone cream to kick start their cycles again :)
